Starts March 1st, 2019

Journaling is such a valuable way to express our ideas and emotions, and it can be a powerful process of discovery. The desire to connect is a natural drive in all of us, but it has many forms and meanings. In this experience, we use our journals to help us explore connection: what it means, why it matters and how it feels.

The idea of journaling is to write freely and just for you. It is never about the “craft” of writing and you won’t be asked to share anything you’ve written. In fact, I find the best insights come from writing non-stop, no editing!

Here is how it works:

Each day you will receive an email containing a journaling prompt designed to inspire you to explore connection: with yourself, with others, with the World around you.  You will use the prompt as a starting point and then you will write whatever comes.

I suggest setting a timer for 10 minutes or committing to a certain number of pages (2 or 3 perhaps).  Sometimes the best stuff arrives when you think you have nothing left to say 😉

Included in this workshop is a private Facebook page where we can connect with one another. (participation on the FB page is not required, but we’d love to have you there!)

All you need is a notebook, a pen, and a willing heart.

The fee for the workshop is $12.50. Register by clicking the  button below:
