Individual Sessions: Developing a practice of self-care helps us to find more clarity, wellness, strength, flexibility, and personal harmony. Through movement, meditation, conversation, or writing we work together to bring your body and being into balance and help you to experience – and express – your wholeness.
Group Sessions: Moving together can help build community and support a safe space for collaboration. I offer tailored group classes that can serve as a weekly event, a virtual retreat, or an opportunity to address happiness and creativity in the workplace. I have a particular interest in working with non-profits and performing arts groups.
